Expansion project of connector production line with an annual output of 28 million sets | No. 155, Erheng Road, Changhe Town Industrial Zone, Cixi City | Ningbo Porter Pneumatic Components Co., Ltd. | The company has an annual output of 28 million sets of connectors. Its main production equipment includes 19 injection molding machines and 10 molding machines. | / | The construction unit promises to implement the project construction in accordance with the relevant requirements of the environmental impact assessment and approval, and ensure the implementation of various pollution prevention and control measures. | 1. Project construction should be based on the implementation of clean production, adopt advanced production technology and equipment, and reduce the generation and emission of pollutants. 2. Drainage is separated into rainwater and sewage. Domestic sewage is pre-treated to meet the third-level standard of the "Integrated Sewage Discharge Standard" (GB8978-1996) before being discharged into the municipal sewage network. It is ultimately treated at the Cixi Zhouxiang Sewage Treatment Plant. Ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus comply with the "Indirect Emission Limits of Nitrogen and Phosphorus Pollutants from Industrial Wastewater" (DB33/887-2013). Indirect cooling water from injection molding machines is recycled and not discharged externally. Wastewater from exhaust gas treatment sprays is pre-treated and recycled and not discharged externally. 3. Strengthen waste gas pollution prevention and control. Injection molding waste gas is collected and discharged through exhaust pipes higher than 15 meters. Crushing dust is effectively treated before discharge. The above waste gas emissions comply with the relevant limits in Tables 5 and 9 of the "Synthetic Resin Industry Pollutant Emission Standard" (GB31572-2015), and odorous pollutants comply with the "Odor Pollutant Emission Standard" (GB14554-93). Molding waste gas is collected and treated before discharge through exhaust pipes higher than 15 meters. Waste gas emissions comply with the "Rubber Products Industry Pollutant Emission Standard" (GB27632-2011), and odorous pollutants comply with the "Odor Pollutant Emission Standard" (GB14554-93). VOCs unorganized emissions within the factory area meet the special emission limits in Table A.1 of the "Control Standard for Unorganized Emissions of Volatile Organic Compounds" (GB 37822-2019). 4. The factory area must be rationally laid out, low-noise equipment must be selected, and effective sound insulation, noise reduction, vibration reduction and other measures must be taken in strict accordance with the environmental impact assessment opinions to ensure that the noise at the project boundary can meet the Class 3 standards in the "Environmental Noise Emission Standards for Industrial Enterprises" (GB12348-2008). 5. Strengthen solid waste pollution prevention and control. In accordance with relevant national and local regulations and adhering to the principles of "reduction, resource utilization, and harmlessness," solid waste will be collected, utilized, and disposed of in a classified manner to ensure no secondary pollution. Waste activated carbon, waste filter cotton, filter residue, waste engine oil, and waste oil drums are considered hazardous wastes. Hazardous waste storage sites must be established in accordance with the "Hazardous Waste Storage Pollution Control Standard" (GB18597-2001) and its amendment (Ministry of Environmental Protection Announcement No. 36 of 2013). Qualified hazardous waste disposal units must be regularly entrusted for safe disposal, and a hazardous waste transfer document system must be implemented. 6. This project should handle the relevant procedures for pollutant discharge permits in a timely manner as required, and strictly implement the environmental protection "three simultaneous" system. It can only be officially put into production after completing the final acceptance of environmental protection facilities in accordance with the prescribed procedures. |
